Welcome to WeBookGuides.com, a platform that connects outdoor adventurers with professional guides. By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
WeBookGuides (“WBG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) acts solely as an online booking platform. We do not own, operate, or manage guided trips. All services are provided by independent guides (“Guides”) who are not employees or agents of WBG.
2. User Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account or book a trip.
- You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain your account securely.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Guide Eligibility and Obligations
- Guides must be properly licensed, insured, and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Guides warrant that all listings, qualifications, and representations on their profile are truthful and lawful.
- Guides agree to provide proof of licensing and insurance upon request.
- Guides are solely responsible for safety, trip execution, and service quality.
- Guides agree not to solicit bookings or payments outside the Platform.
4. Bookings and Payments
- A deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking. WBG acts as a limited payment collection agent for the Guide.
- Payment is considered made to the Guide once processed by WBG.
- Remaining balances (if any) are payable directly to the Guide prior to or at the start of the trip.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Each Guide sets their own cancellation policy, shown at booking. By booking, you agree to that policy.
- No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with the outcome of the trip (e.g., number of fish caught).
- If a Guide cancels, a full refund will be issued or WBG will assist in finding a comparable alternative.
- In the case of verified extenuating circumstances (e.g., severe illness, natural disasters), WBG may override cancellation terms at its discretion.
6. Platform Use and Content
- You may not post or transmit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
- WBG reserves the right to remove or edit content for quality or policy violations.
- By uploading content (reviews, photos, descriptions), you grant WBG a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content.
- Reviews submitted to WBG may not be reproduced elsewhere without our written consent.
7. Assumption of Risk

- By using the Platform and booking a trip, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
- You are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel, health, and accident insurance.
8. Liability Disclaimers
- WBG is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or performance of Guides.
- WBG does not warrant or guarantee the safety, legality, quality, or accuracy of services provided by Guides.
- WBG’s total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific booking, or $100, whichever is lower.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold WBG harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal fees arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your conduct on or off the Platform;
- Your participation in a guided activity;
- Content you submit or share.
10. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
- All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction], under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
11. Termination
- WBG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
